Do you guys have an actual onsite store?

We have no physical store!
But we are willing to arrange a meeting with clients in Lisbon, whether to show some product, whether to hand-deliver any order.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

The Happy Bicycle® Store offers the following payment methods:

ONLINE:

  • Pay by Credit Card (Visa and MasterCard):

the online store checkout  allows the use of Visa or MasterCard via the Paypal site. You will be redirected to a secure online payment system where you will include your data and make the payment. The Happy Bicycle® Store does not have access to your card details.

  • Payment by PayPal:

the online store checkout  also allows you choose to pay by Paypal, you will be redirected to PayPal’s site where you can make the payment. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can create your account and then make the payment. This payment can also be done indicating our email as the receiver: store@happybicycle.pt

OFFLINE:

  • Payment by Bank Transfer:

You can opt for this mode of payment. Our data are the following:

The products will be “reserved” for 60 minutes, being reintegrated in the shop’s stock at the end of this period, therefore, it is recommended to send proof of payment as soon as possible to confirm availability and expedite shipping.

  • Voucher

A voucher that is purchased at our store may serve as a method of payment for an order. To do so simply enter the voucher code at checkout.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Orders are usually dispatched from Lisbon, Portugal in the business day following the order and the delivery (to mainland Portugal) normally shall be made in the 2 working days following the dispatch.
The dispatch may take more days if they refer to customized products or non-existent in stock. Nevertheless, there is always specific information on each product page.

Shipping to Europe will take between 5-8 working days and 7-15 working days for the rest of the world, to arrive to the country of destination, and then it depends on the postal service of each country.

For all orders shipping outside Europe the recipient will be responsible for any taxes or customs duties incurred. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”. Please note that we are unable to estimate the total amount of taxes or duties that may be due at time of delivery. For questions regarding customs fees we suggest contacting your local government. All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.

Are my items insured?

All our items are shipped made via registered mail with hand in reception.
The loss, damage or total theft of registered items may be subject to a compensation payment in the maximum amount between 20-30 euros. Therefore, if you want to activate an Extra Insurance to fully cover the amount of your order, please contact us by email in order to assess the cost of it.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you just register if you wish to.

How do I place an Order?

Explore the products you are interested in, and when you decide what you want, and which version, press the yellow button “ADD to Cart “. You will be directed to the shopping cart, where you can: – proceed to the checkout (finalize your order) – or click “continue shopping”. Confirm the value of the postage by entering the correct destination. In the checkout, enter your data, confirm your order and choose the payment method.

After completing your order you will (always) receive a confirmation in your email, if not, please confirm that you entered the correct email, and contact us.

How Do I Track My Order?

All shipments are made via registered national mail with signature in reception. It is always sent an email with information about the registration number so you can track them.
Your item will be tracked via CTT until it leaves Portugal, and afterwards you should check on your national postal service website.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

How do gift vouchers work?

To make your offers prompt and effortless, we provide the Voucher and E-Voucher options, worth 20, 40 and 70 Euros. Valid in the online store within a period of six months of purchase.

After the purchase will be emailed a message with a unique reference code.

  • Visit the online store at www.happybicycle.pt and at checkout include this voucher code in the field of “Coupon Code”, and “Aplly Coupon”.
  • The voucher is only valid for a single use. And it can not be redeemed for cash and may not be used for the purchase of another voucher.
  • Shipping costs can be absorbed by the voucher value.
  • If the order value is greater than the value of the gift Voucher, the difference must be paid by credit/debit card, or using Paypal.

There is the possibility of sending the actual voucher in paper. If you purchase the postal voucher separately, ie without another purchase, you must add the shipping cost – option THIN.

How do Coupon Codes work?

If you have a discount code, please enter it in the “Coupon Code” field to complete your purchase at Checkout. These discounts can be a percentage or monetary value, nevertheless they can only be used alone and only once per customer.
