- Please contact Happy Bicycle® before returning any items (store@happybicycle.pt).
- You can return the product within 15 days of delivery. However the returns will only be accepted if reported within 48 hours of receiving the package.
- The product must be in new condition, in their original packaging and with original manufacturer’s labels and without any signs of use. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded.
- Make sure to include contact information with the return and please provide us with a tracking number. Happy Bicycle suggests you get a receipt and tracking for the return from the delivery service, as it mandatory to follow the return shipment. The return process will only be completed if we actually receive the article. The return shipping will not be our responsibility, as well as any loss or theft during the return.
- If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package “RETURNED GOODS – FAILED SALE”, to avoid any Customs charges. Happy Bicycle® is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
- For personalized items, that were hand made under the customer’s request and in accordance with his/her color combination and especifications, No Exchanges or Refunds will be accepted, please purchase seriously.
For example the following articles: Wooden Fenders, Leather Handlebar Grips and Bags and Backpacks manufactured on request.

- In case of withdrawal, customer error, address error or delivery failure due to being away, the delivery and return will be the customer responsibility. If the article is damaged during the return process, the responsibility will be charged to the customer, losing the right to a refund of part.
- Once we receive your goods, we will inspect and process them within 24hrs.
Refunds will automatically be issued to the same payment method used to purchase the goods. As soon as your return has been processed by our team we will email you to let you know. In the unlikely event that you don’t receive this email within some days of posting your parcel to us, please get in touch or email us.
- Payments that are made through Credit Card (Stripe Platform), will be refunded minus the Credit Card Fees from the original transaction, that the CC Platform retains.
- Shipping costs (or return costs) are non-refundable.
- If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, do not accept the parcel, take photos to prove it’s condition and immediately report this to us by email: store@happybicycle.pt. Upon receipt of the returned part, Happy Bicycle® will send a new part, provided there is stock available. In case of unavailability, the customer will be reimbursed with a coupon for the value of the piece.
- For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days, Happy Bicycle reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
