Cork Bicycle Grips absorb shock and don’t get slippery. They have a nice ergonomic shape to fit your hand and are very comfortable.
Perfect for giving a distinctive look to your classic bicycle, city bike or classy mountain bike.

Due to the type of material, you will have to be careful when assembling the handlebars so that they do not tear, never force the assembly with harsh hammering, install the grips slowly with twist movements; and keep in mind that the tops are vulnerable if you drop the bike (a useful tip – you can fit a coin, for example €0.20 inside the grips, check more in the link bellow).

If the Cork Handlebar grips fit too loosely on your bars it can be dangerous, there are several options for a tighter assembly
– wrap a thin layer of cloth handlebar tape on the central area where the grip will sit, before assembling the grips
– use quick-adhesive glue spray on the handlebars, for example: spray 3M™ Super 77  and assemble the grips immediately after it get tacky
– use multipurpose liquid glue, suitable for wood or metal, apply a few lines of glue on the handlebars and then slide the grip on to the bar while rotating slightly

The grips fit standard 22.2mm (grip area) handlebars diametre only.
Will NOT work on 23.8mm grip diameter of road drop or mustache style bars.

Note: you can find other versions of imitation cork grips on the market, produced in Asia and at a lower cost… both grips fulfill their function but the difference is big, those are essentially made of foam and synthetic material with an outer print imitating cork (there is also imitating wood).

But the cork grips have a completely different behavior and feel, these made of natural cork are completely waterproof, do not heat up, are resistant and exceptionally dampen vibrations… in addition to being produced in Europe, more specifically in the interior of PORTUGAL , by a small company family, obeying a sustainable fair and ecological economy.
