After seeing what we had accomplished in another project (link), Gonçalo approached us with the idea of “urbanizing” his Scott YZ0. The intention was to paint the frame, take out all the stickers, and replace some elements to have a more urban feel.
It wasn’t a project with a lot of intervention, but only the change of the frame color and the replacement for the Schwalbe Crazzy Bob tires (with a more urban profile) transformed the look of this mountain bike to adapt to another kind of use.
The bike got a very different look and has only undergone the following changes:
– Schwalbe 26×2,35 tires
– Cork Blend Grips
– remove front deraileur, for 1x front gear.
– remove the stickers from the suspension
– Anti-theft Wheel clamp
